International Terminal sit-down option: Graze Grill & Bar is one of the few full-service restaurants past security at Brisbane Airport’s International side. You’ll find it airside after passport control, a short walk from several long-haul departure gates, so it works for a pre-flight meal before flights to Asia, the US, or the Middle East.

Graze Grill & Bar runs through much of the flight day, typically opening in the morning for early departures and staying open into the evening bank of outbound flights. Expect a standard airport menu: burgers, steaks, salads, and a few pub-style mains, with mains generally in the AUD $20–$35 range depending on cut and size.

The bar at Graze pours Australian beers, basic wines, and standard spirits, often with at least one Queensland brewery on tap. A glass of house wine usually lands around AUD $9–$12, and tap beers tend to sit in the AUD $10–$13 range, which is on par with most sit-down options in Australian international terminals.

Food quality reports are thin from frequent-flyer circles, but you can safely expect a standard airport grill: think steak with chips, a chicken burger, and a couple of vegetarian options such as a meat-free burger or salad. Allow at least 45 minutes if you sit down for a proper meal before a long-haul flight that starts boarding 40 minutes before departure.

Service at Graze Grill & Bar follows the usual pattern: host or bar staff seats you, then table service for food and drinks. Bills can usually be split across cards, and tap-and-go or mobile wallet payments are common, which helps when travelling in a group of two to four people on different tickets.

Tip: If your international flight from BNE boards from a gate in the high teens or low 20s, eat first at Graze Grill & Bar, then walk to the gate; backtrack time in the International Terminal can easily cost you 10–15 minutes when the concourse gets busy.
