6:00 a.m. smoothies are why people hit Boost Juice at BNE
In Brisbane International, Boost Juice runs like every other mainland-Australia Boost: fast counter service, bright menus, and smoothies blended to order. You’ll see it on the departures side after security, before you peel off for the gates. Most drinks land in the AUD 7–11 range, with regular and medium sizes the norm and the occasional upsell to a “Protein” or “Super” version.
The menu sticks to the chain standards: Mango Magic, Two & Five, All Berry Bang, Strawberry Squeeze, plus green and protein-heavy blends. Staff toss in add-ons like chia, extra protein, or vitamin boosts for a couple of dollars each. Expect the usual ice-heavy texture, not a thick milkshake. It’s grab-and-go in a plastic cup with a dome lid and straw, easy to carry to gates used by Qantas and Singapore Airlines long-haul departures.
Prep times hover around 3–6 minutes per drink once you’ve paid, so even a 30-minute boarding call is workable. Morning flights to Asia and New Zealand mean the busiest rush is roughly 5:30–8:00 a.m., when a short queue of 5–10 people can form. Later in the day, especially after 11:00 a.m., you can usually walk straight up and order.
Food is limited: think a few packaged snacks and maybe a wrap or two in the AUD 6–10 bracket, not a full meal. If you want a proper breakfast plate, you’re better off pairing a Boost smoothie with something more substantial from another outlet in the same International departures zone. Card and contactless payments are standard, and advertised opening hours typically track the first and last international departures of the day.
Practical tip: order a regular instead of a large if you’re on a 7–9 hour overnight flight; that much liquid right before boarding can get annoying in seat 52K.
