Mezzanine level near Gate 82, this is Singapore’s own room

The Singapore Airlines Lounge at Brisbane International sits on the mezzanine level near Gate 82 and is branded locally as the SilverKris lounge, but it’s the same space. It mainly serves the bank of Singapore Airlines departures, so expect it to feel timed around SQ flight schedules rather than all-day grazing.

Hours run in two blocks most days: 6:30 am to 2:30 pm, then again from 8:30 pm to 11:30 pm, Sunday through Saturday. If your flight leaves in the mid-afternoon lull, you’re out of luck here and need to plan to eat and sit in the main terminal instead.

Access is limited to eligible Singapore Airlines passengers; there’s no listed day pass option, so you can’t just pay your way in at the door. If you’re on a partner airline or flying economy without status, you’ll be pushed toward the airport’s generic pay-per-use lounges instead.

The lounge sits airside in the International Terminal, above the main departures level near Gate 82, so you clear outbound immigration and security first. Figure on 20–30 minutes for formalities at quieter times, more when multiple widebodies are banked, then head straight upstairs so you’re not stuck queuing at the food counter right before boarding.

Food and drink skew to the usual outstation mix rather than a full restaurant-style service. Think hot dishes aligned with Singapore Airlines mealtimes, basic snacks between, and self-serve drinks instead of barista coffee on demand. If you want something very specific or a bigger meal, grab it in the terminal downstairs before you ride the escalator up.

There’s Wi‑Fi, power outlets, and standard lounge seating, but no published extras like showers or nap rooms at BNE, unlike bigger hubs such as Changi. Treat it as a quieter pre‑flight space with snacks rather than a destination lounge where you plan to spend half a day.

One practical tip: with closing time as early as 2:30 pm in the daytime slot and 11:30 pm in the evening slot, don’t cut it tight; aim to arrive a solid 60–90 minutes before departure to actually use it, not just walk in for a single drink before boarding is called.
