Car Rental Desks at Milas Bodrum Airport line the main arrivals area, just after baggage claim in both the Domestic and International terminals. You don’t go outside for these; they’re in the terminal, before you hit the taxi queue. Most desks mirror the big online players on price, with small local firms sometimes undercutting by €5–10 per day in summer. Expect pre-authorisations on your card that can hit €600–1,200 if you skip their insurance. If you booked through a broker site, bring the voucher number printed and ready; some agents still ask to see a physical or PDF copy, not just an app screenshot.
International terminal arrivals see longer lines between June and September, especially for flights landing between 10:00 and 14:00. Domestic arrivals usually clear faster, but late-evening flights after 22:00 can find fewer staff on the smaller desks.
