Playroom Shop

T2

Next to T2 departures, Playroom Shop is your last-minute toy stop

This shop sits in Terminal T2, in the main departures area, and focuses on toys, games, and kid-friendly gifts. It’s useful if you realize at check-in that you forgot something to keep a child busy on a 2–3 hour flight out of Belgrade. Shelves lean toward branded toys, puzzles, small plushies, and simple travel games you can use in a standard economy seat.

Playroom Shop operates during core departure hours in T2, typically opening early enough for morning flights and staying open into the evening bank. Expect airport pricing: small items around €5–10, larger boxed toys climbing toward €20–30. It’s airside after security, so you can stop in once you’ve cleared passport control and checked your gate on the screens.

Best use here is under-€15 distraction buys: card games, mini puzzles, sticker sets, and small plush toys that fit easily under-seat. Skip anything bulky or noisy if you’re boarding an A320 or 737 and don’t want to annoy seatmates. If you’re connecting through T2 and short on time, you can scan the main toy racks in under 3–4 minutes and still make a nearby gate.

Inventory skews younger kids, roughly 3–10 years old, with some basic coloring sets and soft toys that work well on a 45–90 minute regional hop. Teens won’t find much beyond a few puzzle-style items. Practical tip: set a budget before walking in (for example €10 per child), since the mix of bright packaging and pre-boarding stress makes it easy to overbuy.
