Duty Free Shop

T1

Gate-side access in T1

This Duty Free Shop sits airside in Terminal T1 at Belgrade Nikola Tesla Airport, just past security for regional and charter flights. It’s your last stop to pick up liquor, tobacco, perfume, and snacks in Serbian dinars or euros before boarding. Prices on local spirits usually undercut downtown shops by a bit, especially for rakija and regional wines.

The shop keeps to standard airport hours, opening early for morning departures and staying open into the late evening waves in T1. You’ll see the usual international brands plus Serbian labels on shelves near the center of the store. Expect duty free-style promo bundles on whisky and gin, plus smaller 0.5L bottles that fit single-cabin bags easily.

Cosmetics and perfume sit along the wall closest to the T1 gates, with testers set out for most of the big brands. Chocolate and travel snacks cluster near the cashier area, with multi-pack bars and 200–300g boxes that work as quick gifts. Cigarettes and rolling tobacco are behind the counter with posted duty free limits for the EU and non-EU routes served from T1.

Payment works in dinars, euros, and major cards, and receipts clearly show tax-free savings in RSD. Stock can be thinner on late-night departures, especially on promo liquor SKUs, so don’t bank on a specific brand if your flight leaves after 22:00. If you’re connecting from T2, factor in a few extra minutes to walk over and shop here before your gate call.
