Just past security in the NAT terminal, Foodies' sits in the main departures area and pulls in anyone who wants food without walking the full length of Alicante-Elche Miguel Hernández Airport. It is a basic self-service setup: grab a tray, pick from the counter, pay, go. Expect standard airport pricing, with simple sandwiches and pastries typically landing in the €4–€7 range and hot items higher.

Foodies' runs through the main daytime bank of departures, so you can normally get something early-morning before the 07:00–09:00 UK flights and again in the evening wave to northern Europe. Exact hours shift with the schedule, but if you have a 06:30 departure out of NAT, you’re usually safe for coffee and a quick bite here after security rather than eating landside.

The offer leans heavily on grab-and-go: packaged sandwiches, basic salads, pastries, crisps, and bottled drinks. You’ll also see a counter with coffee and simple hot options, often including pasta or a tray-bake style dish. Expect industrial espresso, not specialty coffee, but it beats the capsule machine in most holiday rentals. Think functional rather than foodie: this is about getting fed between gates B and C, not a sit-down meal.

Seating is shared with the surrounding NAT concourse, so at peak times around the 10:00–12:00 departures push, tables fill quickly and you may end up balancing a tray on a spare seat. If you care about plug sockets, scout the perimeter seats first; a few floor boxes sit near the windows, and those go early when delays hit Alicante in summer.

Tip: if your flight leaves in under 30 minutes, skip hot dishes at Foodies' and grab a cold sandwich and bottled drink instead; the queue at the till is usually the slowest part.
