Café Aracaju focuses on simple local café fare: expect espresso-based drinks, drip coffee, maybe a pão de queijo or slice of cake rather than plated hot meals. With the single-terminal layout at Santa Maria, you’re never more than a few minutes’ walk from your gate in T1, so you can order, sit where you can see the screens, and head out as soon as boarding pops up.

Food and drink are priced in the lower bracket for Brazilian airports, usually just a bit above street prices but noticeably cheaper than big-brand chains like Subway in town.
