Wraps and fresh juices are the whole point at Natural Deli

Natural Deli at Aeroparque Jorge Newbery targets the health kick crowd with wraps, salads, and fresh juices/smoothies shown all over recent photos. It sits airside in the main departures area of AEP, so you hit it after security and before domestic and regional gates. Figure on mid-range pricing overall, marked as $$-$$$, but closer to sit-down café prices than grab-and-go.

The menu leans light: tortilla wraps stuffed with vegetables, chicken, or similar protein, plus salad bowls and fruit-heavy smoothies and juices. One Google Maps reviewer called out wraps and juices specifically and said they felt lighter than other options in the terminal. Portion sizes look modest compared with the ticket: think café plate, not a full restaurant-sized serving.

Drinks are the highlight. Fresh juice and smoothie combos show up in multiple photos, usually in 300–500 ml cups with bright fruit mixes. If you care more about sugar than calories, ask at the counter how much is fruit vs added sweetener before you pay airport markup. Water, coffee, and standard soft drinks appear too, but the fresh-pressed stuff is what you pay a premium for here.

Complaints center on value. Reviewers flag very high prices for relatively small portions, even by Buenos Aires airport standards. With a rating sitting around 3 out of 5, expectations should land squarely at “functional but not special.” Budget for at least one mid-range Buenos Aires café meal per person if you order a wrap plus a juice.

Game plan: use Natural Deli if you want something lighter before a longer regional hop from AEP and are ok paying extra for it. If you’re hungry-hungry, grab a juice here, then plan on a second snack somewhere cheaper in the city or on arrival.
