South Parking Lot

Long stay

Five-minute walk beats any shuttle at Aeroparque

South Parking Lot sits directly next to the Aeroparque Jorge Newbery terminal, so you park, walk 5 minutes, and you’re at check-in. It’s a multi-level long-stay deck, not an open gravel lot, and feels built for people who care more about staying close than saving every peso. If you hate factoring Buenos Aires traffic into a shuttle timetable, this is the on-airport option that cuts all of that out.

Daily rates run around AR$ 75.000, which adds up fast on a 5–7 day domestic trip. Reviews on TripAdvisor and Yelp keep mentioning that parking is “right next to the terminal,” but the same people call it expensive for longer stays. That tradeoff is the whole story here: pay more, but keep your car within ramp distance of departures.

The south deck is also where Aeroparque’s valet service actually lives: the valet drop-off is at the entrance to the South multi-level parking, and the pickup office sits in front of the same structure. You leave keys and flight details when you drive in, then collect the car on return without leaving the immediate terminal area. That setup quietly confirms this is the closest structured facility on the field.

Regular Buenos Aires flyers on TripAdvisor basically shrug at the cost and use South Parking for tight domestic turns of 24–72 hours, especially on weekday work runs. They’d rather pay on-site than lose 20–30 minutes each way dealing with off-airport shuttles, traffic on Costanera, and an extra transfer with bags. For a one- or two-night hop, the math usually tilts toward this deck.

Tip: If your trip runs longer than 4–5 days at AR$ 75.000 per day, run the numbers on a taxi or rideshare to Aeroparque and back; short trips, just drive in and use South Parking Lot for the 5-minute walk.
