Tariş

Near Domestic departures, Tariş is where you stock up on olive oil

Tariş sits in the Domestic terminal shopping area at Adnan Menderes Airport (ADB), a short walk from the main security checkpoint. It’s the airport outpost of one of Turkey’s oldest agricultural cooperatives, focusing on olives, olive oil, and grape products. Shelves lean heavily toward food souvenirs rather than random trinkets, so this is a quick in-and-out stop if you want something edible to take home.

Expect mid-range pricing: small 250 ml bottles of extra virgin olive oil usually hover in the 150–250 TRY range, with larger tins and gift sets climbing higher. You’ll also see jars of olives, tahini, grape molasses (pekmez), and a few packaged sweets, all clearly labeled with Tariş branding. Compared with generic duty free, the selection here is narrower but more focused on Aegean-region products.

The shop keeps standard airport retail hours, roughly first departure to last, so figure around 05:00–23:00 daily in the Domestic terminal. Everything is post-security, so liquids are safe to carry onto domestic flights; for International connections, remember you’ll face liquid rules again at your next security checkpoint. Staff usually bag bottles in bubble wrap or double-bag plastic on request, handy if you’re carrying a 500 ml tin in a soft backpack.

Tip: if you’re short on time before boarding, grab a 250 ml metal tin instead of glass; it packs easier in a cabin bag and survives tight overhead bins on crowded ADB–IST or ADB–ESB flights.
