Souvenirs

T3

Right in Kotoka’s T3 departures, Wonoo Ventures Ltd. handles the souvenir basics before you board.

This is a straightforward souvenirs shop in Terminal 3, airside after security, so you can shop with your bags already checked. Expect the usual Ghana-themed items: small gifts, keychains, magnets, and textiles suited to carry-on space rather than an extra suitcase. You’re paying airport pricing here, so assume a small premium over Accra city shops, but it’s still fine for last-minute gifts before an overnight flight out of T3.

Figure on 10–15 minutes here if you just need one or two items before a regional departure from T3’s gates. If your boarding pass says “gate closes 30 minutes before departure,” be done with shopping by the minus-45 mark and walk back; the terminal is compact, but queues at the nearby coffee spots can eat five extra minutes. Staff keep the store open for the main outbound waves, roughly matching evening long-haul and midday regional banks.

Stock turns over frequently because T3 handles most international traffic, so you’ll usually find Ghana flags, small art pieces, and fabric items that still fold flat into a cabin bag. Skip anything oversized or heavy if you’re tight on your 7–10 kg hand baggage allowance on regional African carriers from T3. If you want a quick pass, scan shelves closest to the entrance first; that section tends to hold the small, under-€10 souvenir items.

Tip: If your gate is at the far end of T3, shop at Wonoo Ventures first, then walk straight to the gate; you don’t want a last‑minute sprint back past immigration queues.
