Local flyers say they switch to jetSet or the Value Long Term lot once a trip hits the 7–10 day mark.

Shuttles run on a 20-minute schedule, not on demand, which is the main tradeoff. YVR’s own info says departures every 20 minutes, so if you just miss one, you can be looking at almost 20 minutes on the curb plus the 5–7 minute drive.
