Shuttle runs from long-term lots to the Main terminal curb

The on-airport Parking Shuttle/Wheelchair Service at Northwest Arkansas National Airport (XNA) runs between the long-term parking areas and the Main terminal curb, so you don’t have to walk the full distance with bags. This shuttle is operated by the airport and is meant to connect all official XNA parking to the departures and arrivals curb at the Main terminal.

The Parking Shuttle/Wheelchair Service picks up from marked shuttle stops in the airport’s on-site parking lots, including the long-term sections that sit farther from the Main terminal doors. Look for the shuttle stop signs in your specific row or section when you park, so you know exactly where to wait for the next vehicle instead of standing near the wrong aisle.

Shuttles drop off and pick up at the Main terminal curb, so you can get directly to check-in counters and the single security checkpoint after stepping off. The same location is used for returning passengers coming out of baggage claim and exiting the terminal, keeping the route straightforward in both directions.

Wheelchair service is provided as part of this operation, supporting passengers who need help between the curb and the Main terminal entrance or exit doors. If you need wheelchair help, request it through your airline’s reservation or check-in process so staff at XNA know to coordinate with the Parking Shuttle/Wheelchair Service at the terminal curb.

To use the service on departure, park in an official XNA lot, lock your vehicle, and walk to the nearest shuttle stop sign in your row. From there, ride the shuttle to the Main terminal curb, head to your airline counter for check-in, and then proceed to the single security checkpoint serving all Main terminal gates.

On arrival, exit the Main terminal through the doors near baggage claim and walk to the designated shuttle pickup area on the curb. Wait there for the Parking Shuttle/Wheelchair Service vehicle serving the on-airport lots, then ride back to the section and row where you originally parked at XNA.

Tip: Snap a quick photo of your parking row sign and lot section at XNA before walking to the shuttle stop, so the driver can help confirm when you’ve reached the right drop-off point on the return ride.
