Gate A1 sits right by Bionics By Onyx Coffee.
This is the quick caffeine stop on the Main Terminal side of XNA, basically the first thing you hit near gate A1 after security. It’s a small counter setup, built around Onyx Coffee Lab beans roasted in Arkansas, so the espresso tastes closer to a proper café than a generic airport chain.
Expect standard coffee bar pricing, with drip and cold brew usually a couple of dollars less than the milk-heavy drinks. If you care about flavor, go for a straight espresso or an americano built on their house blend instead of syrup-heavy options. The baristas can move fast during the 6 a.m.–9 a.m. rush when multiple Main Terminal departures stack up.
Seating is limited to whatever open chairs you can find near A1, so plan on taking drinks back toward your gate if you’re flying out of A2–A7. Lines spike right after TSA opens in the early morning and again around the 4 p.m. bank of flights. If your boarding time at A1 is inside 20 minutes, skip anything complicated and grab brewed coffee.
Tip: topping off a personal bottle with their filtered water while you wait at A1 saves a stop at the refill station farther down the Main Terminal concourse.
