P1 Short-Term

Short stay

Two-minute walk from T1, priced for true short visits

P1 Short-Term sits directly in front of Copernicus Wrocław Airport T1, about a 2-minute walk along a marked pedestrian path into departures. It works as the main short-stay deck at WRO: this is where drivers head for quick pickups, drop-offs, or a one-hour meeting in the terminal. You enter through standard ticket barriers, grab a paper ticket, and walk straight toward the glass-front terminal building.

This is a short-stay car park, so hourly tariffs ramp up fast compared with the outer lots beyond the terminal loop. Regulars say they cap their time here at “a couple of hours” before switching to longer-stay options further from T1 to avoid a sharp bill. If you need to run into the terminal for 30–90 minutes, though, the 2-minute walk often beats circling the public curb or waiting in the kiss-and-fly lane.

The layout is multi-level or at least clearly structured, with signed zones and painted pedestrian routes leading back toward T1. Access is via ticket barriers close to the main airport access road, and you exit through pay machines and controlled gates. Google Maps reviews repeatedly mention “very quick” access from car to check-in for short visits, especially if you park near the terminal-facing side.

Watch out for the morning bank of departures between roughly 05:00 and 09:00, when P1 Short-Term fills faster than the outer car parks. Drivers report tight maneuvering space when it’s busy and short queues at the exit barriers, particularly on Monday mornings. Several non-Polish speakers mention that tariff boards by the entrance aren’t crystal clear, so check the posted per-15- or 30-minute rates before you pull a ticket.

Tip: if your wait might stretch beyond 2 hours, park in a longer-stay lot and use P1 Short-Term only when you know your stop at T1 will be quick.
