So! Coffee

A Open · 04:00-22:00

04:00 opening makes So! Coffee one of WAW’s early options

So! Coffee shows up more than once at Warsaw Chopin, with a Schengen Terminal A outlet running roughly 04:00–22:00 and another branch in the general airside zone. If you land on one side of Terminal A and see the logo, you’ll likely see it again after a short walk. Both locations sit post-security, so this is a pre-gate stop, not something you hit before checks.

Food and drink are standard European coffee bar fare: espresso drinks, drip coffee, tea, bottled water, plus pastries and light snacks. Expect airport pricing, so budget on the order of 15–20 PLN for a basic coffee and around that again for a croissant or cake slice. It’s grab-and-go friendly, with counter service aimed at people who need to be back at a gate in 10–15 minutes, not a long sit-down meal.

The main Schengen-side branch in Terminal A works well as a caffeine stop for early LOT departures into the EU, especially before 06:00 when some other outlets still shuttered on recent reports. The general-airside So! Coffee serves mixed flows, including some non-Schengen traffic, so you’ll see more people with longer-haul boarding passes camping at tables with laptops and chargers.

There are no standout “destination” dishes here, but the espresso is usually more reliable than what you’ll get from a vending machine near the gates, and the pastries turn over quickly on weekday mornings between 05:00 and 08:00. If you want something more substantial than a muffin, treat this as a stop for coffee and a small bite, then plan on a bigger meal elsewhere in the terminal or onboard.

Tip: if you’re on a dawn flight from Terminal A, factor in an extra 10 minutes after security to hit So! Coffee before you head down to the gate pen, since lines there can spike just after each boarding call.
