3-minute covered walk into Verona Airport
P2 Multi-storey sits directly opposite the Verona Villafranca Valerio Catullo terminal, about a 3-minute walk from T1 check-in. It’s a tier up in price from the open-air P3/P4 style lots, but you get a roof over the car and a simple walk on flat pavement straight into departures.
This is a covered, multi-level structure, so cars stay out of summer sun and winter frost for the entire stay. Layout is standard ramps and bays, with marked pedestrian routes leading toward the main terminal doors of VRN. If you’re dropping bags at T1 for a morning flight, factor about 5–7 minutes from turning off the main airport road to reaching the check-in line.
P2 Multi-storey usually prices above the basic surface options, but below premium short-stay right at the curb. It works well for trips of 2–7 days where you’d rather avoid scraping ice at 06:00 or getting into a hot car after landing. Payment runs through the official airport system and most reports mention standard Italian automated barriers and pay stations, with ticket validation before you walk back to your level.
Access is post-airport-perimeter but outside security, so you park, walk 3 minutes, then clear screening in T1 or T2. Elevators connect the different parking decks, which matters if you have two large suitcases or a stroller. If you’re landing late into Verona, the short walk back to the car beats waiting 15–20 minutes for an off-site shuttle.
Tip: Aim for a spot on the lowest level you find free; it cuts elevator time and makes that 3-minute walk to the terminal feel even shorter when you’re juggling bags.
