By T1 departures, Relay is your last-minute supply stop

Right in the main departures area of Terminal T1, Relay covers the basics before security lines and boarding calls start eating your time. Hours aren’t clearly published, but it generally tracks flight banks, so you’ll usually find it open from early morning check-in waves through the late-evening Ryanair and Wizz Air departures. If you’re short on time, this is the quick grab point between check-in and security.

Relay runs the standard airport newsstand setup: drinks, sweets, crisps, magazines, paperbacks, and a mix of local Lithuanian snacks alongside big European brands. Expect airport pricing, but not wild duty free markups; a bottle of water and a chocolate bar won’t wreck your budget, and you can still get change back from a €10 bill. If you forgot headphones, charging cables, or a basic travel adapter, this is the first place in T1 where you’re likely to find a replacement.

Stock turns over based on morning and evening waves, so by the last flights of the day some titles and snack flavors are picked clean. No specialty coffee setup here, just bottled and canned drinks plus basic grab-and-go. If you need something more substantial than a sandwich or pastry, plan on hitting a café elsewhere in T1. One practical move: buy your water and snacks here right after check-in, so you’re not stuck sprinting back upstream from the gate when boarding starts.
