Dufry Duty Free

Dufry’s main Duty Free sits airside in Terminal T

This is the standard walk-through shop after security in VLC’s Terminal T, just before the main gates. It covers most of the central airside concourse, so you pretty much pass through it on the way to boarding. Layout is classic Dufry: liquor and perfumes first, then cosmetics, snacks, and a final wall of souvenirs and last-minute travel bits.

Opening hours usually track the first to last departures, roughly 6:00 to 22:00, but smaller banks of flights can mean some sections half-staffed in the late evening. Prices are typical Spanish duty free: spirits often a few euros below city supermarket levels when you buy 1L bottles, perfumes closer to standard EU retail with the occasional promo bundle at 10–20% off.

Core stock runs to big-brand whisky, gin, and vodka, plus Spanish labels like Larios and local cava. Candy and snacks lean on Lindt, Toblerone, and generic bags of mixed sweets around the €5–€10 mark, plus turrón and other Valencia-region specialties boxed for gifting. Expect shelves of branded paella kits and tins of olive oil pitched squarely at tourists.

Electronics and travel accessories sit toward the exit: Type C and Type F adapters, basic over-ear and in-ear headphones, and power banks, usually in the €20–€40 band. A small cosmetics corner carries standard makeup and skincare from the usual global brands, with 2-for deals rotating by month.

Practical tip: if you just want your gate, stick to the left-hand edge of the walk-through and you’ll be out of the shop in under two minutes.
