Valencia International Airport, Carretera del Aeropuerto, Valencia, Spain

T terminal only gives you one big coffee chain: Starbucks.

This Starbucks sits airside in Valencia’s T terminal, after security and before passport control for non-Schengen flights. It’s on the main departures level near several Schengen gates, so you can grab something and still keep an eye on boarding screens. Hours generally track the first and last waves of departures, roughly early morning through late evening, but don’t count on it for a 04:00 coffee before a 06:00 flight.

Expect the standard menu: espresso drinks, Frappuccinos, and brewed coffee, with prices running higher than downtown Valencia. A basic tall latte usually runs around €3–€3.50, and bottled juices or waters land closer to €2–€3. There’s the usual pastry case with croissants, muffins, and cookies, plus a few pre-made sandwiches and wraps for about €5–€7. Nothing here is unique to Spain beyond the occasional localized pastry.

Seating is limited to a few small tables and counter spots directly next to the kiosk, and those fill up fast during the 07:00–09:00 and 18:00–20:00 departure banks. Power outlets are scarce in the immediate area, so charge your phone elsewhere in T if you plan to camp with a laptop and a venti. Lines tend to spike right after security opens a new queue, then drop again within 10–15 minutes.

There are no standout dishes or secret menu tricks at this location, and online reviews don’t flag any consistent problems beyond the usual airport markups and occasional slow queues at peak times. If you’re sensitive to time, set a mental cutoff and bail if more than eight or nine people are ahead of you in line; boarding for intra-Schengen flights at VLC often starts 25–30 minutes before departure.

Practical tip: buy your reusable cup or beans in the city; at the airport Starbucks in T, stick to quick drinks and grab-and-go snacks so you’re not stuck re-packing at the gate.
