Breakfast sandwiches at Foodies hit around €6 in T.
Foodies sits airside in Terminal T, just past the main security lanes and before most of the Schengen boarding gates. It runs through the morning bank of departures and usually still serves hot food for the late-evening Ryanair and Vueling flights. Expect a standard Spanish-airport mix: pre-made sandwiches, pastries, coffee drinks, soft drinks, beer, and a few grab-and-go salads stacked in the refrigerated case.
Prices land in the usual airport range. Basic espresso starts around €1.80, cappuccinos around €2.50, and bottled water about €2. A filled baguette or focaccia sandwich tends to fall between €5 and €7, depending on fillings like jamón serrano, cheese, or chicken. Slices of cake or croissants usually come in under €3, which is handy if you just want something small before a 90-minute hop within Spain.
Food is mostly pre-prepped behind glass, so service stays quick even when a couple of A320s at gates nearby board at the same time. Turnover seems fast enough that the sandwiches and pastries on the front row haven’t been sitting for hours, though it’s worth asking for something from the back if you’re ordering around 22:00 after the peak has died down. There’s limited counter seating plus a few two-top tables, but most passengers just grab a bag and head to their gate within 5 minutes.
Quality is exactly what you’d expect from an all-purpose airport café with no cult following and no horror stories attached. Coffee is fine for a pre-07:00 departure, and the ham-and-cheese baguette will get you through a 2–3 hour flight, but this is not a place to plan a long sit-down meal. If you care about freshness, avoid anything with a lot of sauce or lettuce that looks tired at first glance.
Tip: if your gate is in the low 20s, swing by Foodies right after security and stock up; options thin out noticeably once you’ve walked more than 5 minutes down the concourse.
