One More Cafe

T1 ★ 3.6 $$$$

Starbucks full in T1? One More Cafe usually has seats.

In Terminal T1, One More Cafe sits landside near the check-in area, used mostly as a backup when the bigger chains are slammed. Google reviews put it at 3.6 stars, which matches the vibe: serviceable coffee, calmer space, nothing fancy. Expect mid-range airport pricing ($$), roughly NT$100–150 for a latte and similar for basic snacks.

This is a coffee stop, not a meal. Regulars mention simple pastries and light snacks only: think croissants, basic cakes, maybe a sandwich or two on a good day, but not a full lunch. If you need an actual meal before a 12-hour long-haul, eat elsewhere in T1’s food court and use this spot just for caffeine and a quick bite.

Compared with the main Starbucks in T1, reviewers say One More Cafe feels quieter and less hunted for chairs. One traveler flat out said Starbucks was “completely full” while this place still had open tables. Another called the coffee “fine” and liked that it was easier to find a seat than at the big chains. That’s the trade: less brand recognition, slightly more breathing room.

Watch out for expectations. Several reviews call the selection limited and “not particularly memorable,” so don’t walk in hoping for creative specialty drinks or a long pastry case. Coffee quality lands in the middle of the pack for TPE: better than vending machine stuff near some gates, below the specialty cafés you’ll find airside in T1 and T2.

Tip: if your flight from T1 leaves within 60–90 minutes and Starbucks is stacked three deep at the counter, grab a latte and pastry here, sit for 15–20 minutes, then head through security; it keeps you out of the crush without cutting timings too close.
