Marche F

Gate-side in the Main Terminal, Marche F is your quick option

Marche F sits in Tampa International’s Main Terminal, post-security, near the shuttle stations for the Airsides. You’re eating in the central hub, so it works if your flight goes from A, C, E, or F and you don’t want to commit to an airsides-only spot. Expect typical airport pricing, with most grab-and-go sandwiches, wraps, or salads landing in the $10–$15 range.

The setup at Marche F leans on ready-made items in coolers plus a small counter for hot food. You’ll usually see pre-packed salads, turkey or ham sandwiches, chips, and bottled drinks stocked throughout the day. Coffee, sodas, and bottled water are all here, so it doubles as a drink stop on the way to the shuttles. Turnover seems steady given its Main Terminal location, which helps with freshness compared to a dead-end gate stand.

Food-wise, think basic airport café: breakfast pastries and muffins in the morning, then sandwiches, wraps, and snack boxes after about 10:30 a.m. If you want something filling before an afternoon flight, aim for a sandwich plus a snack for under $20 total. Alcohol selection is usually limited to canned beer and small wine bottles in the fridge, so this is more fuel stop than bar.

Service is walk-up counter and self-serve coolers, so even at busy times in the Main Terminal you’re generally in and out within 5–10 minutes. Seating is mostly the general terminal chairs and tables just outside the storefront rather than a defined dining room. That works fine if you have a 45–60 minute buffer before heading to your Airside shuttle.

Tip: If your gate is in Airside F, hit Marche F for a sandwich and large water in the Main Terminal, then ride the F shuttle once and stay there until boarding, instead of bouncing back and forth.
