Marche C

Gate-side at Main terminal, Marche C handles quick hunger

Marche C sits in the Main terminal at Tampa International, just past the central security area, so you can hit it on the way to any airside. It runs through the core flight banks, opening early enough for morning departures and staying open into the evening rush (hours shift with the schedule, but plan on roughly 6 a.m. to 9 p.m.). Think of it as a grab-and-go market plus a short-order counter rather than a sit-down meal spot.

Food is airport-casual: breakfast sandwiches, burgers, pizzas, and salads, with most mains landing in the $10–$18 range before tax. Coffee, soft drinks, and bottled water sit in reach-in coolers, and the beer selection leans mainstream domestic with a few recognizable imports in the $8–$12 range. If you want something warm in under 10 minutes near security, Marche C does that job for most of the day.

Seating is limited to a handful of tables and bar-style spots within sight of the Main terminal departure boards, so expect to hover at busy banks around the :30 push times. Portions run on the generous side for sandwiches and burgers, but anything from the hot case can sit under heat lamps for 20–30 minutes, so check freshness before you commit. For speed, pre-made cold sandwiches or salads usually ring up and go in under 5 minutes.

Marche C takes all the usual payment options, including major credit cards and mobile pay like Apple Pay and Google Pay, and you’ll see plenty of people using airline credit cards to work on $10–$15 minimum spend thresholds. Prices track with the rest of TPA’s Main terminal, so no big surprise surcharges compared to other spots near security.

Tip: if your gate is in a far airside like C or E and boarding starts in 30 minutes or less, grab a cold item at Marche C in the Main terminal and eat at the gate rather than waiting on a made-to-order hot dish here.
