Hours run from 04:00 to 20:00 daily, with access limited to Delta Sky Club members, eligible Delta/partner premium cabins, and certain Amex cardholders following the usual Delta rules. There’s no walk-up day pass option here, so you either qualify at the door or you don’t get in.

Location is everything at Tampa: the lounge is post-security in Airside E, near gate E68, and TPA’s airsides do not connect airside. If your boarding pass doesn’t show an E-gate, using this club means exiting, riding the shuttle back to the Main terminal, and re-clearing security for your actual airside, which usually kills the value for tight connections.

Inside, think standard Delta Sky Club setup: hot and cold snacks at peak times, a self-serve bar area with house beer and wine included, and stronger drinks at an upcharge that typically runs in the $10–$15 range. Food is fine for a light pre-flight bite, but don’t bank on a full meal if you’re leaving on a long-haul connection.

Seating tends to fill in waves against the morning and late-afternoon banks tied to Delta’s schedule. Power outlets are much easier to grab if you arrive closer to 04:30 than 06:30, and Wi‑Fi runs off the usual Delta network with solid speeds for email and basic VPN use.

Watch out for: committing to Airside E just to use this lounge when your flight leaves from A, C, or F. Security plus the shuttle between Main and an airside usually runs 20–30 minutes each way once you factor in lines, so building that detour into your day rarely makes sense.

Practical tip: if you’re on a Delta flight out of E68–E79 before 07:00, clear security for Airside E as close to 04:30 as you can, hit the Sky Club for coffee and a quick snack, then head to the gate when boarding starts; don’t cut it closer than 20 minutes to departure.
