T3

Right in SZX T3, Uniqlo is the safest bet for last‑minute basics

On the main retail level of Terminal T3, Uniqlo works well if you mispacked or your checked bag went missing. Expect the usual global lineup: Airism tees, packable down jackets, socks, and underwear, all with Chinese domestic pricing rather than tourist markups. Sizes run from about S to XXL, and most tees sit in the ¥79–¥149 range, with Airism pieces often around ¥99.

This Uniqlo keeps typical airport hours, roughly 07:00 until late evening in T3, so you can grab a fresh shirt before an early domestic departure or after a 21:00 arrival. It’s post‑security in the main international/domestic departures area, so you don’t need to leave the secure zone or re-clear. Card payments are standard; WeChat Pay and Alipay also work if you have a Chinese wallet set up.

Stock leans toward travel-friendly staples: lightweight chinos, wrinkle-resistant shirts, and thin sweaters that actually fit into a cabin bag. Seasonal sections in T3 usually carry UV-cut layers in summer and extra HEATTECH in winter. Don’t expect full collab drops or the deepest color runs you’d find in a flagship; this feels closer to a compact city branch focused on core items.

Biggest tip: try on before you buy, as T3 fitting rooms can have a short queue around peak banks of departures (think 10:00–12:00 and 18:00–20:00). If you’re tight on time, grab your usual Uniqlo size, keep the receipt, and do a quick check at the gate in case you need to swap on your next pass through SZX.
