Sephora

T3

Gate-side in T3, Sephora is your fast beauty stop.

This Sephora sits in Terminal T3 at Shenzhen Bao'an, past security and easy to hit on a short walk between mid-field gates. It runs regular airport hours that track with most international departures, so you’ll usually find it open from early morning check‑in waves through late‑night long‑haul banks. If you want recognizable brands without hunting through generic duty free, this is the quickest bet in the terminal.

Expect the usual Sephora mix: international labels plus house-brand staples, all at standard airport pricing rather than street-level bargains. Travel-size skincare and 50 ml fragrances line the front gondolas, so you can grab something under 300–500 RMB without committing to full bottles. Makeup testers are out on counters, but staff will usually hover, so plan what you want before you walk in to keep the stop under 10 minutes.

Inventory leans heavier on skincare than color cosmetics, which matches the rest of mainland China; sunscreen, sheet masks, and serums in the 30–100 ml range fill a lot of shelf space. You won’t find every global launch, and limited-edition US sets are hit-or-miss, but core items from big brands tend to be in stock. If you’re trying to burn off the last 200 RMB on your card before leaving China, this is one of the cleaner ways to do it.

Tip: if your flight leaves from a remote T3 bus gate, stop here first before you ride down the long escalators; coming back up for a quick shop is a pain against the passenger flow.
