Graphic tees under £20 usually hang near the front

FatFace at London Stansted sits in the main airside shopping run after security, so you pass it on the way to most gates. It leans casual: hoodies, logo tees, soft chinos, and seasonal knits aimed at UK high-street tastes rather than runway fashion. Think everyday clothes you’d actually wear on a 2-hour Ryanair hop or a weekend in Europe.

Prices track normal UK high-street levels, not duty free: expect around £18–£22 for T-shirts, £45–£65 for jumpers, and £55–£75 for jackets, with occasional multi-buy deals on basics. Sizes typically run from XS up to at least XL on the racks, with kids’ pieces sometimes squeezed onto one wall. If you forgot a warm layer for a late-night coach from Stansted, this is where you fix it without going luxury-brand expensive.

Stock skews strongly seasonal, so in November you’ll see thicker knits and heavier coats, while in July it’s shorts, beachwear and lighter dresses. Colours tend toward muted blues, greys and earthy tones rather than loud prints, which suits business-casual carry-on wardrobes. Quality sits a notch above the cheapest high street; seams and fabric weight feel decent for clothes you’ll wear more than once, not just for the flight.

Staff usually move quickly on basic asks like sizes and gift receipts, but queues can build around typical UK departure waves at 06:00–09:00 and 17:00–20:00. If your gate call is inside 20 minutes, skip browsing and head straight there; Stansted’s long pier walks can eat 10–15 minutes on their own.
