By Gate T2, St. Louis Sports is your Cards fix
In Terminal 2 at STL, St. Louis Sports sits past security on the concourse used by Southwest, so you can swing by without adding extra walking through Terminal 1. It’s a small team shop-style spot, focused on local pro and college gear rather than generic airport souvenirs.
Most hats and caps run in the $25–$40 range, with T-shirts and hoodies climbing into the $30–$70 zone depending on brand and logo. You’ll see St. Louis Cardinals red everywhere, plus some Blues merchandise and a smaller rack of St. Louis CITY SC and local college items.
The shop stocks the usual travel-friendly items like lanyards, keychains, magnets, and foam fingers, often under $15, so it’s doable to grab a quick gift on a layover in Terminal 2. Jerseys and higher-end outerwear sit on the back wall and price higher, closer to what you’d see at a stadium store.
Hours generally track Southwest’s bank of departures in Terminal 2, opening early morning for the first wave and staying open into the evening, but later flights after 9 p.m. sometimes find the gate-side doors closed. If you have an early flight, expect lights on by around 5 a.m., but don’t count on late-night browsing.
Last tip: if you want team gear, buy here in Terminal 2 before you head toward baggage claim, since there’s no equivalent St. Louis-focused sports shop landside or in Terminal 1.
