Sweet Indulgences

1

Near Terminal 1 security, Sweet Indulgences hits the sugar craving fast.

This small grab-and-go spot sits in Terminal 1 and leans hard into candy, packaged sweets, and snacky impulse buys. Think chocolate bars, gummy bags, cookies, and a rotating mix of branded treats right by the register. Prices are airport-inflated but not outrageous: expect around $3–$5 for single candy items and $5–$9 for giftable boxes or tins.

Hours track with Terminal 1 traffic and typically run from early morning departures into the evening bank of flights, roughly matching the 5:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. window most STL concessions keep. It’s on the terminal concourse, so you’re grabbing everything post-security and can take it straight to your gate. Figure 5 minutes in and out unless there’s a boarding-time rush at nearby gates.

Best use here is specific: pick up packaged chocolate or gummies for a long haul out of Terminal 1 or to bring home as a quick souvenir. Drinks are mostly bottled sodas, juices, and water in the $3–$5 range, so you can build a snack-and-drink combo without hunting down another stand. If you need real food, though, you’ll want to head toward the larger spots near the main Terminal 1 concourse instead.

Since there are no made-to-order items, everything you see is what you get: candy, cookies, chips, and similar shelf-stable snacks. That means nothing here helps with dietary needs beyond what’s printed on the package labels. Check for nut, dairy, or gluten info before you toss something into your carry-on; many of the premium boxed chocolates use mixed nut fillings.

Practical tip: if your gate in Terminal 1 is at the far end, stop at Sweet Indulgences right after security; options thin out as you walk deeper down some pier segments.
