This is the airport’s budget long‑term lot just past Daily Lot A on the east side of the field, priced at $13 a day as of the latest STL parking chart. It sits between the higher‑priced garages and the cheaper but more distant Lot D, so it’s the middle ground for multi‑day trips where you still want an airport‑run lot.

Lot B serves both Terminal 1 and Terminal 2 via shuttle, with buses circulating through multiple signed stops around the lot. Figure on a short ride of around 5–10 minutes to Terminal 1 depending on where you park, slightly longer if the shuttle loops to Terminal 2. For a Monday–Friday work trip, the math is simple: five days runs about $65 before taxes and fees.

Shuttle coverage is better near the central shelters than at the far corners, according to long‑term users who park there several times a year. Regulars aim for rows close to the clearly marked shuttle huts instead of the outer edges, even if that means a couple of extra minutes driving inside Lot B. That tradeoff usually beats waiting through a slower off‑peak shuttle cycle late at night.

Condition is mixed: some older sections toward the back of the lot get complaints about potholes and rough pavement, which is not fun with a roller bag after a 3‑hour flight.
