$18 daily sits between the T1 garage and the deep economy lots.

Lot A is STL’s on-airport “Daily Parking” option for Terminal 1 flyers who don’t want garage prices but still want to stay close. It’s just east of T1, next to the terminal complex and directly ahead of the more remote B and D long-term lots. You’re on airport property the whole time, with no third-party bus rides or off-site confusion.

Walking from Lot A to Terminal 1 takes about 5 minutes if you snag a space near the front, but most people use the shuttle. The Super Park shuttle loop for Lot A typically runs around 15 minutes end to end in normal conditions, and the airport lists this as a long-stay lot that still works for same-day trips.

Pricing is tiered up to the $18 daily cap, so short stays can come out cheaper than the T1 hourly garage. Airport Parking Guides lists Lot A as $9 for 0–6 hours, $12 for 6–12 hours, and $15 for 12–24 hours, which undercuts the garage if you’re just dropping in for a meeting or a pickup that might run long.

For longer trips, plan on $126 per week at the posted weekly rate, which sits between the garage and the D economy lot. Regulars describe it as a middle-ground option: closer than D, meaning less shuttle time with bags, but still noticeably cheaper per day than parking in the T1 garage above the terminal.

Lot A sits just before Lot B on the inbound Super Park road, so shuttles usually hit Lot A first on the way to the terminals and last heading back out. One STL flyer who parks several times a month says their Lot A bus is often waiting or arrives within a few minutes, and it’s measurably faster than riding all the way out to D when you land late.

Watch out for occasional wait times of 15–20 minutes during late-night banks or when several flights dump at once; Google reviews call this out across the Super Park system. Signage on the airport loop road can also be confusing the first time, and some drivers miss the Lot A turn and have to circle back around T1.

What regulars do: they check the real-time “Lot A – $18” tile on the STL parking page before leaving home, and divert straight to Lot D if Lot A shows nearly full.
