Near gate 10 in Terminal 1, Fast Shop is your tech stop
Fast Shop sits airside in Terminal 1 at SSA, near gates 8–12, and focuses on electronics and accessories. It’s the spot to fix a dead cable or grab a last-minute gadget before boarding. Expect mainstream Brazilian and international brands, with prices close to regular mall retail rather than duty-free deals.
The store usually trades in the same window as most Terminal 1 retail, roughly from the first morning departures around 05:00 up to the late-night bank of flights near 22:00. Opening can slide a bit on slow days, so on a 06:00 departure don’t count on it for a critical adapter or headset.
Inventory leans toward travel basics: phone chargers, USB-C and Lightning cables, over-ear and in-ear headphones, portable speakers, plus power banks in the 10,000–20,000 mAh range. You’ll also see some small home electronics and accessories that skew more “mall purchase” than “gate emergency.” Prices on cables and power banks usually sit in the R$80–R$250 band.
Payment is straightforward: Brazilian-issued cards, major international credit cards, and PIX are all normally accepted. Staff can quickly look up compatibility for common Apple and Samsung models, which helps if you’re trying to match a specific connector or fast-charge standard before a 3–4 hour flight.
Use this place as your backup plan: walk by around 60 minutes before boarding time, check your battery, cables, and headphones, and buy here only if you can’t find a cheaper option in Salvador city or online.
