Gate-side burger stop in Terminal 1

Right in Terminal 1 airside, Bob's is the standard Brazilian fast-food option for a quick burger and shake before boarding. You’ll see it on the main departures concourse after security, so no need to backtrack from most domestic gates. Service runs through typical flight banks, with the grill still going during late-evening departures from SSA.

Menu is classic Bob's: X-Burger, X-Salada, fries, sundaes, and the thick milkshakes that run around R$15–R$20 depending on size. Expect burger combos in the R$30–R$40 range, which sits cheaper than most full-service spots in Salvador Airport Terminal 1. Portions are standard fast-food size, not massive, so order an extra side if you’re skipping the in-flight snack.

Coffee, soft drinks, and bottled water are all here too, usually a couple of reais higher than landside prices in Salvador but normal for airside Terminal 1. It’s counter service with pickup; there’s typically some shared seating nearby, but at busy bank times around the 18:00–21:00 departures the tables fill quickly. Figure 10–15 minutes from order to food when there’s a line.

If you want something predictable and fast before a GOL, LATAM, or Azul domestic flight from Terminal 1, Bob's works as a last-minute stop within a 5-minute walk of most gates. One practical move: check your gate on the screens before joining the line so you’re not sprinting across T1 with a melting shake.
