SRQ’s Long Term Lot runs $16.00 per day and sits about 0.3 miles from the MAIN terminal, so it fits week-long trips where the garage rate stings. It’s on airport property, not an off-site operation, so you still stay inside the SRQ footprint instead of messing with an extra van ride from US 41 or University Parkway.

This is the long stay option, priced under the short-term garage but still close enough that many people just walk the 0.3 miles to ticketing and security at MAIN and A. If bags are heavy or weather turns, SRQ runs a shuttle through the Long Term Lot, so you’re not committed to dragging a checked roller across the lanes by Concourse A in August heat.

For cost math: a 7-day trip in the Long Term Lot comes to $112.00, vs parking that week in the garage at SRQ’s higher daily rate. Entry and exit are ticket-based at the gates nearest the terminal loop, and you pay on exit using credit card at the booth or machine, same system used for the short-term options by MAIN.

There’s no published height restriction posted for the open-air Long Term Lot, unlike the garage, so taller vehicles that can’t clear typical 6’8”–7’0” garage heights generally head here. Spaces are uncovered, so plan for Florida sun on the car after a few days parked, especially in rows furthest from the shuttle stops by the main drive.

Tip: on busy days, aim for earlier arrival and park closer to the shuttle stops in the center of the Long Term Lot; the extra five minutes spent picking a spot usually beats hauling luggage across 0.3 miles in peak humidity before your SRQ departure.
