Most non-Aegean business tickets at SKG end up here
Prima Vista Lounge in Terminal 2 sits airside after security and acts as Thessaloniki’s contract lounge for many airlines and Priority Pass holders who don’t get into the newer Aegean lounge. If your boarding pass or app sends you to “Prima Vista,” this is the one. It’s small, basic, and usually busier in the 05:00–08:00 and evening departure banks.
The space feels dated, with tired furniture and limited seating for the number of airlines feeding it. Reviews on Google and TripAdvisor repeatedly call it “small” and “old,” especially when several flights leave within 60–90 minutes of each other. Power outlets exist but not at every seat, so charging a laptop can turn into a bit of musical chairs during peak times.
Food is mostly snacks: packaged crisps, cookies, basic crackers, and a few cold items in a small fridge. Don’t expect hot dishes or anything you’d call a real meal, even at lunch around 13:00. Drinks are the stronger point: soft drinks, basic spirits, local beers, and a coffee machine are typically available, all included with lounge entry via business class, Priority Pass, or other lounge programs.
Regulars with Priority Pass often eat in the main Terminal 2 departure area first, then use Prima Vista mainly for a quieter seat, Wi‑Fi, and drinks for an hour before boarding. If your connection is short, say under 45 minutes, going straight to the gate might be less stressful than trying to squeeze in a quick lounge stop here.
Watch out for: crowding when 2–3 flights depart close together, plus very limited food if you arrive outside busy mealtimes. One practical move: grab a proper meal in the terminal, then treat Prima Vista as a backup waiting room with Wi‑Fi and drinks only.
