Gate-side pharmacy stop in T3

Near the central shopping area of Terminal 3, Guardian is the standard Changi airport pharmacy and health shop you see across Singapore malls. It sits airside, after security and immigration, so you can pick up last‑minute health items without backtracking to public areas. Think of it as your backup if you forgot basic medication or toiletries before reaching SIN.

Guardian in T3 carries over-the-counter painkillers, cold and flu tablets, plasters, antiseptic creams and motion-sickness pills, plus basic supplements and vitamins. Prices track regular Singapore high-street levels, not duty‑free bargains, so Panadol, Strepsils or generic antihistamines cost roughly what they would at a city Guardian. It’s still much cheaper than grabbing the same meds inflight or at many hotel kiosks.

You’ll also see standard travel-size toiletries: 50–100 ml toothpaste, small bottles of shampoo and body wash, deodorant sticks under 100 ml, and contact lens solution that complies with the airport’s liquid rules. They usually stock sunscreen in common SPF levels like SPF30 and SPF50, insect repellent for regional trips, and basic baby care items such as wipes and diapers in small packs.

Guardian keeps typical mall-style hours, roughly early morning to late night, in sync with Terminal 3’s main retail strip. If it’s a very late departure wave and shutters are coming down, head over slightly earlier from gates around A1–A21 or B1–B10 instead of cutting it close. Tip: bring your own prescriptions; this outlet doesn’t act like a full clinic and won’t dispense prescription-only meds on the fly.
