The SilverKris First Class Lounge sits in Terminal 3, past immigration and security, on the same level as the larger SilverKris Business Lounge and the ultra‑exclusive Private Room. Access is for Singapore Airlines First Class passengers departing from T3, including Suites customers if they want a quieter option to wait before heading to the gate. If your flight leaves from a T3 gate in the A10–A21 range, walking time from the lounge runs about 5–8 minutes.
This is a true First Class space, not an upgraded business room, and it usually opens from early morning through the last SQ First departure out of Terminal 3. You scan your boarding pass at the main SilverKris reception, then staff direct you into the First section rather than the larger business side. Seating is mostly armchairs and small tables, so you can realistically eat a full meal and still keep a carry‑on and a laptop bag at your feet.
Food runs above standard contract lounge level, with a buffet line plus made‑to‑order dishes that change with the schedule of long‑haul flights like SQ26 to New York and SQ322 to London. Expect proper hot mains, dim sum trays, and at least one noodle or laksa station at peak evening bank times. Champagne is normally on pour along with a few single malts and recognizable wine labels, and spirits are self‑serve instead of locked behind a bar.
Showers here are in better condition than many business lounges, with rainfall heads, full‑size doors, and stocked amenities rather than sachets. You can usually get a shower slot within 10–15 minutes, even when banks of Australia and Europe departures cluster around 22:00–23:30. Wi‑Fi speed holds up well enough to pull a few gigabytes of downloads before boarding a 13‑hour sector.
Don’t confuse this with the KrisFlyer Gold Lounge in T3, which is meant for Star Alliance Gold on economy and feels materially busier. If you hold a same‑day Singapore Airlines First boarding pass out of Terminal 3, walk past the business lounge entrance and specifically ask staff to point you toward the SilverKris First side.
Practical tip: if you also have access to The Private Room in Terminal 3, eat your main meal and shower in SilverKris First about 90 minutes before departure, then move to The Private Room for a quieter last 30–45 minutes near boarding time.
