US$32 gets you into this glassy Priority Pass lounge in T3
Marhaba Lounge sits on Level 2 of Terminal 3, above the main food court area, and runs daily from 16:00 to 00:00. It’s airside after security, so you’re already past immigration before heading up the escalator. Access works with Priority Pass or a walk-in day pass around US$32, which prices it below most airline business lounges in Singapore.
The draw here is the look, not the buffet. The space opens out toward the T3 concourse with floor-to-ceiling glass, so you actually get natural light instead of the cave effect of some contract lounges. Seating is mostly armchairs and small tables, with power outlets dotted around every few seats; think more “modern café” than “old-school club,” but still very much a shared contract lounge environment.
Food tracks to standard contract-lounge territory for Changi: a handful of hot trays, carbs, and finger food, usually enough for a light meal before an 18:00–22:00 departure window. Drinks include basic spirits, beer, and soft drinks, but nothing like a Champagne list. If you care more about a proper dinner, regulars often bail to T3’s public restaurants or TGM in T2/T3 instead of relying solely on the lounge buffet.
Showers and toilets sit inside the lounge, so you don’t have to go back out into the terminal, but reviewers note that shower rooms are frequently occupied during evening banks. If you land into T3 around 19:00–21:00, assume a wait and put your name down as soon as you enter. Towels and basic amenities are provided, but bring your own skincare if you’re picky.
Crowding is the real weak point. With Priority Pass access and limited T3 alternatives, staff sometimes cap entry during peak evening waves, and one review flat-out mentions being warned about overcrowding “pretty often.” If you hit the door around 20:00 and see a line, it can be faster to walk back toward T3’s landside area or over to TGM than to stand around hoping the queue moves.
Regulars with unlimited Priority Pass from cards like Citi Prestige treat marhaba as a backup when airline lounges or TGM are jammed. They’ll do a quick scan: if the lounge looks packed from the entrance, they turn right back to the terminal within two minutes and try another option. Copy that playbook and have T3 restaurant names in mind before you ride the escalator up.
One tip: if your flight leaves after 22:30 and you care about a shower plus a snack, aim to arrive at the lounge right at 16:00–17:00, beat the evening rush, then head back to the terminal for a proper meal later.
