Between gates 11 & 12, this is SAV’s sit-down bar

Service Station Bar sits in the Main Terminal between Gates 11 and 12, right in the middle of the secure concourse. It’s a standard airport bar setup: full liquor, basic beers, and short-order food you can eat at the counter. You’re looking at typical airport pricing, with drinks and plates generally in the low-to-mid teens.

The menu leans bar-food: burgers, chicken tenders, and simple sandwiches that come out faster than the entrées at the larger restaurants near Gate 8. Portions run decent for an airport, and you can usually get in and out within 30–40 minutes if you tell the bartender your boarding time. Expect beer in the $7–$10 range and mixed drinks north of that.

Service Station usually opens with the morning departures around 6:00 a.m. and stays open into the evening bank of flights, often past 8:00 p.m., depending on the schedule on the boards near Gate 10. Morning orders skew toward coffee and a basic breakfast plate; later in the day it’s burgers and wings with whatever game happens to be on the TVs above the bar.

If you’re at Gates 1–5, this is a bit of a walk, but from Gates 9–12 it’s the most straightforward option for a real seat and a drink. One practical tip: grab your check as soon as your food hits the bar so you can bolt when boarding for Gate 11 or 12 flips from “On Time” to “Now Boarding.”
