Lowcountry Market

Gate-side grab at SAV: Lowcountry Market in Main Terminal

Just past security in the Main terminal, Lowcountry Market sits along the concourse serving quick food and drinks to walk-up traffic. It runs through typical daytime flight banks, so you can usually grab something between early-morning departures and late-afternoon returns. Expect standard airport pricing, a bit higher than downtown Savannah, but still fine for a sandwich and drink before boarding.

Lowcountry Market stocks basic to-go staples: bottled water, soft drinks, coffee, packaged snacks, and reheated items like breakfast sandwiches or wraps. It works for a 10-minute stop on the way to your gate more than a sit-down meal. If you land hungry from a short hop and want something in-hand before baggage claim, this is one of the first food counters you’ll pass airside.

There’s limited counter space, so plan on takeaway back to your seat or gate rather than eating right at the stand. Food comes out quickly when there isn’t a bank of departures, but lines spike before early flights around 6–8 a.m. and again before early afternoon pushes. Coffee is serviceable; if you care more about caffeine than flavor notes, it does the job.

Tip: If your boarding pass shows a short 25–30 minute boarding window, hit Lowcountry Market first, then walk to your gate so you’re not stuck in line when your zone gets called.
