P0 Short Stay

Short-stay

50 meters from T1, P0 Short Stay is the closest car park to the terminal at Rotterdam The Hague Airport.

P0 Short Stay sits directly opposite T1, roughly a 1–2 minute walk to the check-in desks. It’s a short-stay car park, so it suits drop-offs, pick-ups, and quick business trips rather than long holidays. You park your own car and keep your keys, so arrival and departure are as fast as you can wheel a cabin bag.

This is one of the higher-priced options on the RTM grounds compared with the longer-stay P1/P2 areas, and pricing is calibrated per hour and per day, not by week. It makes sense for anything in the 1–48 hour window; beyond that, the daily rate usually undercuts a taxi only if you’re splitting cost with at least one other person. Check current tariffs on the official RTM site before you go, as fees change seasonally.

P0 Short Stay is fully inside the airport’s main parking zone, covered by standard airport lighting and cameras, and accessed off the same approach road that feeds the T1 departures curb. There’s no shuttle and no extra security screening between your car and the terminal: you walk straight from the bay across the forecourt and into the glass-fronted entrance doors.

Payment runs through barrier-controlled entry and exit, using an entry ticket or your license plate, depending on the current system in place at RTM. Machines sit right by the pedestrian exits toward T1 and usually accept major cards plus contactless; cash acceptance may vary, so bring at least one working card. Keep the ticket dry and flat if you pull one, because a crumpled barcode can slow you down at the exit gate.

Tip: if you’re dropping someone for an early-morning departure before 07:00, park in P0 Short Stay, walk them to T1 check-in, and then pay at the machine on the way back to your car to avoid any queue at the exit barrier.
