Burgers and wings are the safer plays; skip anything that sounds overly ambitious for a small gate bar kitchen. During busy departure banks off Concourse B, a few people report slow or distracted service, so don’t cut it closer than 45 minutes to boarding if you plan a hot meal.
Tip: If Aviators looks packed, grab a drink at the bar only and eat something simpler at the gate; you’ll keep an eye on your boarding group at the B concourse and avoid waiting on a check when the restaurant is backed up.
