Shuttle frequency is the big variable. Daytime coverage gets better reviews, with several travelers saying they usually waited under 10 minutes for a bus for mid-morning or afternoon departures. Very early and very late flights are spottier; that’s where the complaints stack up.

Off-peak, a few reviewers report waits of 15–20 minutes late at night on return, especially after the last bank of arrivals. For 5–6 a.m. departures, regulars say they add another 15 minutes to their normal airport routine, just in case the first shuttle loop runs slow.

Frequent ROC flyers in reviews say they use the shuttle lot for most week-long vacations and only pay up for the garage in heavy winter storms or when traveling with small kids and multiple bags.
