Gate K1 in T1 has your basic stopgap: Mini Market
Mini Market sits airside near gate K1 in Terminal 1 and runs daily from 05:00 to 23:00. It’s the small grab-and-go spot you hit when you realize you skipped the hotel breakfast or forgot sunscreen. Expect packaged snacks, bottled drinks, a few sweets, and some last-minute travel bits like toiletries and maybe a fridge magnet or two.
Prices run higher than downtown Rhodes, as usual for RHO, but still reasonable enough for a quick water and chips before a short-haul flight. Being past security in T1 means you can walk here after passport control without backtracking, then head straight to K1 or nearby Schengen gates. Stock skews toward shelf-stable items, so think crisps, chocolate bars, gum, and canned or bottled soft drinks rather than fresh food.
There’s no seating and no hot meals, so count this as a backup plan rather than dinner. If you want a proper sit-down, look for a café earlier in T1, then swing by Mini Market for extra water for the plane. Card payments are accepted, and staff keep things moving quickly during the morning bank of departures around 06:00–09:00.
Tip: buy a large bottle of water here after security; RHO gate areas around K1 do not have many other spots for a last-minute drink before boarding.
