Daily-rate Blue Lot surface parking at PWM

Daily parking in the Blue Lot at Portland International Jetport (PWM) runs at the airport’s signed “Daily” rate and sits in a surface lot a short shuttle ride from the Main Terminal. It’s airport-operated parking, not an off-site vendor, so payment and rules line up with the rest of PWM’s official lots.

This is an open-air surface lot, so you park in standard uncovered spaces rather than a garage, and walk to the shuttle stops marked for the Blue Lot. Shuttles circulate between the lot and the Main Terminal entrance, and you’re dropped near ticketing and check-in for all airlines using PWM. Figure about 5–10 minutes from your car to the terminal doors once a shuttle arrives.

Rates are posted as a per-day charge, with the same calendar-day style billing used in other PWM lots, so an overnight stay counts as one day at the Blue Lot’s daily rate. You pay on exit using the automated machines or booth, and standard airport payment options apply: credit cards and major debit cards are accepted, with receipts printed on the spot.

Blue Lot usually opens and closes in step with flight schedules, but access matches the airport’s operating day, which covers early morning departures and late-night arrivals at PWM. Lighting is on tall poles across the rows, and there are marked pedestrian paths leading toward shuttle stops so you’re not guessing where to stand in the dark after a 11 p.m. arrival.

Plan to arrive 30 minutes earlier than you would for garage parking to allow for shuttle wait and ride time from the Blue Lot to the Main Terminal, especially during peak morning banks around 5–7 a.m.
