InterLink Parking Garage

Connected rental/rail garage

MBTA or Amtrak involved? InterLink lines up directly with the trains.

The InterLink Parking Garage sits inside the rental car and rail complex at Rhode Island T. F. Green International Airport, tied to the MBTA/Amtrak station via the same structure. From your car, you reach the Main terminal through the enclosed glass skywalk, with no shuttle and roughly a 5–10 minute walk depending on pace. Daily pricing and terms live on the official site, but watch that InterLink is listed separately from the main airport garages.

This garage works best when your trip includes trains, buses, or a one-way rental. The structure shares space with the consolidated rental car center and the rail stop, so you can park, grab keys from Hertz or Avis, or head to an MBTA Providence/Stoughton Line train without ever stepping outside. Some locals use it purely as a commuter lot for weekday rail service, so it doesn’t feel like a typical airport-only garage.

Off-airport lots like Best Value Parking PVD state that their shuttle “drops off only at skywalk,” which is the InterLink side of the complex. From that drop-off point, you walk across the skywalk into the Main terminal, still indoors, instead of being dropped curbside. Travelers who do this say they prefer a dry, climate-controlled five-minute walk over standing at an outdoor shuttle stop in January.

Watch out for the layout if you’re just flying. Some first-timers report that InterLink feels indirect compared with Garage A or B by the terminal doors, mainly because you have to follow signs through multiple levels around the rental counters and rail access. Others mention confusion between “train parking” and “airport parking” sections, especially for overnight or multi-day stays.

Tip: if your itinerary mixes MBTA/Amtrak and a flight, park at InterLink, write down your exact level and row, then follow the clearly marked “Skywalk to Terminal” signs so you’re not wandering around the rental floors when you’re trying to make a TSA cutoff.
