Next to the Domestic check-in area, Pharmacy fills a gap
This small Pharmacy in Gimhae Airport’s Domestic terminal is where you grab last-minute painkillers, cold meds, or bandages before security. It sits landside, so you can still use it if you’re seeing someone off and not flying. Signage is in Korean with basic English on most boxes, and staff usually understand simple requests like “headache” or “motion sickness.”
Prices track fairly close to city chemists, maybe 5–15% higher, so it’s not a total gouge for basics like paracetamol, ibuprofen, or lozenges. You won’t find fancy skincare brands here; think essential over-the-counter items, travel-sized hygiene products, and basic masks. If you need anything prescription-strength, bring your script from town rather than banking on sorting it at the airport counter.
Hours typically follow Domestic flight banks, opening around 07:00 and closing by around the last departures in the evening, so don’t rely on it for very late-night emergencies. It’s landside, so once you head through security to Domestic or switch to the International terminal, you’re out of luck if you forget motion-sickness tablets for the hop to Tokyo or Taipei.
Tip: Stop here before check-in if you’re prone to airsickness or allergies; grab what you need in one go so you’re not scrambling at the gate shop paying more for the same tablets.
