Pickups are by prior arrangement, not a fixed timetable, so you need to share your flight number with the hotel. Many regulars send details through the Marriott Bonvoy app a day before arrival or departure and wait for written confirmation. If you land into Terminal A or B, look for the small Four Points sign near the shuttle and tour van area; several reviews mention multiple white vans in the same zone.
The shuttle typically runs during core flight banks, but it’s not 24/7. For very early departures before around 05:00 or late arrivals after about 23:00, the front desk may arrange a regular taxi instead.
